• ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে রিটার্ন করতে হবে| ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর কোন ভাবেই রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
• Order Confirm করার পর এবং Pathao কে প্রোডাক্ট দিয়ে দেবার পর কোনোভাবেই ঠিকানা, ফোন নাম্বারসহ যাবতীয় কোনো informatin পরিবর্তন সম্ভব না। Informatin পরিবর্তন করতে হলে পুনরায় ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে নতুন Order করতে হবে।
• ঢাকার ভিতর 2 দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ দিনে ডেলিভারি হয়ে থাকে Pathao এর মাধ্যমে।আমরা Pathao কে দেওয়ার পর কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে NondonFashion দায়ী নয়।
• Packing Box New & Fresh দেয়া হয়। Pathao কে দিয়ে দেবার পর বিভিন্ন পিকাপ মান, গাড়ি, ডেলিভারি মান হয়ে কাস্টমার এর কাছে পৌছায়। তাই Packing বক্স এর অবস্থা আগের মত না থাকাটা সাভাবিক। এ জন্য NondonFashion দায়ী নয়।
